Chunking does some decimation, adds mesh and morph info == 327 MB w/ 4-meter error
Texture, at 32K x 32K == 3+ GB raw, 61 MB as JPEG
TQT is also 32K x 32K, plus subsampled tiles == 173 MB (each tile is JPEG compressed)
Runs at ~30+ fps on my half-decent laptop
